GFA Coral Beach was amazing! We have been to Cancun several times and this is by far my favorite resort so far! The food was top notch (and we are foodies). the drinks were great (they have lots of high-end liquor choices) and the service was 10/10. The resort had more staff than any other place we have stayed. Our rooms were serviced twice a day and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The resort is very spacious so it never felt overcrowded. There are 3 swim up bars so it is easy for people to spread out in the pool areas. We ate at each of the restaurants except the French one. The food was great at every single restaurant. Even the buffet was great! I have to give shout out to Ferneli, who was our server each morning and a few lunches at the buffet. He was excellent! Always remembered what our party of 9 liked to drink and all of the sauces we requested. He was always smiling and happy to hear about our day. Room service and the food you could order pool side was even great! The beach was very nice and there aren't big waves in this area of the beach so it was easy to swim. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back!

Vacation was great. We did the VIP upgrade and adjoining rooms, which was worth it. However the package came with several complimentary things, that the staff did not reveal upfront. So we ran out of time to use them, which I think is the reason they withhold this information. They claim they did not want to provide the vouchers day 1 of the vacation due to people loosing and confusion over redemption, however, it works in their favor if guests do not utilize things included in the package. The hotel was safe and very clean. Amazing experience and vacation. Food was very tasty, drinks were premium, best I have ever seen for an all inclusive. The buffet was very worth it we kept going back due to the variety, quality and cleanliness, even though we typically stay away from buffets. The Italian restaurant was great! The Asian was mediocre. I wish they modernized and had an app for reservations and internal experiences. Room service was great and was web based. Ocean was beautiful, clean and safe. Pools were spectacular and a respectful mix of young, old, children. Get your chairs, cabanas and towels early in the day. Was very expensive for Cancun, but we would go back. We really made some great family memories!
