Tracey Duty manager was amazing! Food was great facilities great but very non mobility /disabled unfriendly. Staff dealt with issues above and beyond. Highly reccomend the facilities extremely happy with Tracey & her staff

The cabin we stayed in was a bit old and shabby. We knew we were in for a treat when we walked onto the verandah and the back of the closed curtains were dirty. Inside was old - dodgy powerboard - dodgy lamp switch - swollen and broken chipboard on the bathroom sink cupboard. No cutlery or crockery but there was a microwave. Food was very average. Quite disappointing but on the bright side the bed was comfortable and the air con worked so we weren't cold. Probably would not stay in a cabin there again. if I knew we could not self cater I would have stayed in a motel room.

My small unit had a single and a double bed with the toilet and shower in a separate small room behind a sliding door. It was perfect for my needs – staying overnight for a vintage machinery fair in Biloela. Everything was fresh and clean. It was a cold night and the reverse cycle air conditioner worked perfectly. The TV worked. When I checked in, I made a dinner reservation in the restaurant. Due to the CrowdStrike outage, when I arrived for dinner, my booking had been lost, and the restaurant was packed. The staff found me a table at the bar, and I was agreeably surprised to see how rapidly the order was taken, and my meal arrived. My grass fed steak was cooked perfectly. The staff were excellent. So, five stars in every category, apart from the surroundings. It’s on the edge of a country town in a semi industrial area, not in Monaco overlooking the sea.

The mattress was past it's used by date the side wall have collapsed very uncomfortable to sleep on. We had no towels in the room only 3 bath mats rolled up on the bed and didn't realize until we had showers.
