"Good place excellent service great people"

"Great location. Nice facilities. Darrell was always responsive to any questions or issues."

"We had a quick turnaround at the end of our trip so we didn’t get in the pool, but enjoyed the beach and got to hang out with friends up in Cancún proper…The house was lovely, we loved the whimsical art, the big spacious bathrooms and the back patio was perfect for morning coffee..We’ll be back in the fall, and we will make this a stop on that trip as well!Thank you! "

"The house is comfortable , clean , organized. And We had all needed. The AC was perfect. The only issue we had was the washing machine. We had to bring home wet clothes. The machine intakes a long time to clean the clothes,. Thank you"

"The view from the room was amazing"

"El lugar estaba algo deteriorado, pero en general estuvo bien."

"Great property snd great contact person. The beach is narrow here and minimal restaurants in walking distance "

"The room was clean and conveniently located near Caracol Beach and Plaza."

"We had no water pressure/ hot water. We was suppose to be in an apartment. We were put in a standard room. Commode kept stopping up. The food at the hotel was not that good and over priced."

"it was really clean, the spacing was perfect for the 7 of us."

"The place is exactly like the photos; it is very close to restaurants and just minutes from the sea. It is truly beautiful and everything is brand new. The staff is very friendly and helpful—they assisted us with organizing tours and gave us some great tips. We will definitely return."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views from the balcony alone are worth the stay. While the resort itself is dated and in need of maintenance the apartment we rented was clean and comfortable. Kitchen equipped for light cooking and food warming, roomy refrigerator, necessary utensils. Communication with the owner is excellent both before and during rental period. Handy bus stop at the resort for trips to dining and shopping."

"The pool is very nice. two options"

"Quit area, close to the beach and 5ta Avenue. I didn't like the bed and old apartment and it's expensive.a Also,I changed my mind and I wanted just to stay one night instead of two but the owner didn't want to return my money. "

"The location was great, with an ocean/pool view. The only issue, there was no hot water to shower."

"Great communication close to everything clean and everything you need two great big pools"
