Puebla Historic Center Hotels, Puebla

"We didn’t pay for the breakfast buffet but the coffee shop in the lobby was fine. No breakfast options. Just pastries and sandwiches. The room could use a refresh. Very out dated. Lots of mold around the room. Was there for a business trip so didn’t spend alot of time in the room but it was still there. The parking lot was excellent and very convent. It was why we stayed there. Not a bad spot just needs some updates. "

"Hotel con muy buena ubicación, mi habitación era una sencilla, demasiado calor, muy sofocado, cuenta con ventilador peeo no corre el aire debido a que tiene una centanita muy pequeña, era doficil descansar. El hotel es viejo por lo tanto la habitación olia mal, el baño no esta en opti.as condiciones. La cama incomoda. No lo recomiendo. "

"We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, from the moment we arrived we were greeted, and they got us checked in right away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a small power outage in our room, and they were able to resolve it almost immediately. They had offer to accommodate us in another room if the problem continued or to avoid any inconvenience but that was not necessary as they were able to fix it. The room was beautiful, clean, a/c and hot water. Eduardo Ulises and the receptionist were very professional and super nice. This place was walking distance to the centro historico. It would be good to have the iron in the room instead of having to ask the front desk for it, other than that, our experience was great!"
