H Santiago is located 1/2 block from the Zocalo and Cathedral. Plenty of shopping options and affordable eateries - some of the restaurants in this area are pricey. Staff are attentive and certainly keep the areas and room clean.

It was a pleasant stay and extremely centrally located. The rates were very reasonable.

Everything was within walking distance. People very friendly. Fany did excellent in cleaning our room 👏 👌 🙌. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful when we needed some items. I higly recommend this place to stay. Everything super clean.

Great location! Clean, spacious room and lovely rooftop terrace, good water pressure. Front desk staff were helpful when asked. I didn't like the pressure to use the bellman when we arrived.

Good location, modern room, very clean, nice staff. Unfortunately very noisy, disco music playing outside till after midnight, garbage trucks, motorbikes, and inside hotel slamming doors, thin walls means you hear TV next room. If you want a good night's sleep don't stay here. Honest review January 2025

Basic hotel in a great location just steps to the Zocalo. The rooms do not have good soundproofing so bring ear plugs if noise bothers you. No air conditioning but did have a floor fan that was adequate.
