"I stayed here for 4 nights. Staff at the front desk is super nice. There is one lady, I do not remember her name, she goes above and beyond, also upgraded my room, was given a bottle of wine. I had to drop my bags very early because I wanted to go for a day trip, they were extremely helpful. Room was huge and serviced multiple times a day. Breakfast area and food was great with many choices, again very nice staff there. I cannot praise enough. Location is very convenient to everything. Safe area. Lobby is beautiful and well kept. I actually miss it after I left. Hope to stay here again!"

"Fabulous Hotel, Lovely views from the restaurant and great food and breakfast, very nice pool and surrounds. Helpful staff and good service. This hotel is walking distance to most attractions and has transport very close. the hotel is in a nice area with good shopping and cafes, close to gardens and Hadrian's Arch we really enjoyed our stay at Royal Olympic Hotel"
