Best Western Plus Provo University Inn

"Overall we liked out stay. There were a few little things that were a bother (in room 409) like the shower did not appear to have been cleaned regularly., The toilet was slow to flush and the internet was slow to download sites. It wasn't terrible. just annoying. But the staff was excellent, the beds comfortable and the pillows just right and the room was quirt despite facing a main street. And everything we needed was there or just a call away. We would definite stay at this hotel again. (By the way if you are a fan of BYU, LaVell Edwards Stadium is just an easy couple of blocks walk away.)"

"Room was clean and bed was great. Had an issue with the TV but it was not the hotels problem it was the cable provider issue but all then that it was good. Their under construction but other then that for what we was there for it was good."

"We love this resort so much! The room was rustic and gorgeous. All of the amenities and hikes were wonderful. We ate each of the onsite restaurants and bars and they were all excellent. It’s a perfect one stop shop for a getaway. No stress. Lots of rest, recreation, and good food!"

"The check- in was terrible, had an employee working the desk, that should not have been working alone. Otherwise we would stay there again. Great place to stop with pets."

"I just kind of wish there was an actual in person check in but other than that the place was very clean, I loved the decoration and every detail. They have a variety of things for the continental breakfast they offer. I recommend this place for sure if u want a different experience"

"Decent little hotel. Nothing is going to wow you but the price was right, bed was comfortable, and the front desk people were nice. Good value for the money. Cookies and coffee up by the frond desk was a nice touch."
