"We stayed in the upstairs apartment of a farmhouse. The owners Mom was very thorough in her checking procedures even though her English was limited. The apartment was well insulated and clean. The views of the Tuscany countryside were amazing. The bed was small but adaquate. There was a bookcase that divided the kitchen from the bedroom. "We stayed for three nights at this charming apartment last week and thoroughly loved the experience! The view is breath-taking from the balcony - a real Tuscan vista! The bed was comfortable and we were welcomed by Paola even though we arrived later than planned! There were treats on the counter when we arrived and coffee, tea, milk and juice! "This is a 5+ star facility. Our room was outrageous with frescos and paintings on the walls and ceiling. The staff went out of their way to help us with our requests and provide a history of the property. Our room had 1.5 bathrooms and the breakfast had an excellent choice of items. "

"The property is very quiet and great for a relaxing experience to rest. The staff is very helpful , especially with organizing transportation as the hotel is not in the centre of Siena and it is sometimes difficult to find a local taxi. The breakfast buffet had one of the best varieties I’ve seen during my trip where I stayed at 5 different hotels over 2 weeks. My only criticism is that the key ring for the room key is very big and heavy and not easy to carry around. I would suggest investing in smaller/ lighter ones"
