"First of all, why would you charge your customers $38 a day to park? I can see maybe $10 if you’re gonna charge your customers to park their car but $38.Pull out sofa bed, most uncomfortable thing in the world probably sleep better if I slept on the floor, the reservations were for 3 people there's three people to one room and all there was was a pillow, one sheet one blanket to put on the pullout bed I need a top and bottom sheet to sleep with. It was so cold and the room thermostat didn’t work, I wish I had brought some socks to keep my feet warm. being on the seventh floor You would think it would be the quietest place to sleep it was the the noisiest place all you heard all night was loud cars trucks. I got up checking to see if the windows were open to see why it was so loud. Worst stay ever. Next year gotta make sure I got a room at the loft."

"The hotel was under renovations during our stay we were only told a few days before there was no gym. There was no place to hang out, and apparently some of the construction workers knocked out the Wi-Fi so there was no Wi-Fi the entire time I was there and I had a lot of work to do I was quite disappointed in everything and we got a brand new room, but the layout was poor. There was no outlet near the mirror so if someone was using the bathroom, we cannot dry your hair or use the mirror for hair products. There was no vent in the bathroom so the entire bathroom fogged up I could not leave the door open because the bathroom door would automatically close on its own. I had to use a hanger to keep it open so I can vent the bathroom. I did not get any proper coffee of the entire time. I was there. I got decaf coffee and tea. Only the coffee maker was put in a very awkward place where there was a shelf immediately above it and it was difficult to pour water in this is a brand new room. It should’ve been planned out better. Additionally, the lighting in the room was very poor. There was no central light. I had to walk around and turn on each individual little light to get proper light in the room."

"Bed sheets had stains on them. I went downstairs and asked if they could change them and they did!!! "

"Staff is amazing and accommodating. The salon was a great convenience, with top-notch staff. Sonia did a phenomenal job on my hair. I am actually considering flying in from Florida to make it my regular place for my hair needs."
