"The Host was very responsive to our needs. He kept the generator running with the several day power outage the whole island experienced. We appreciated how much effort he put in to make sure our AC kept running so we could sleep at night. The only bummer was that the hot tub did not work for our stay. We would stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The property itself is stunning, with remarkable views and great morning sunrises. It served as a great base for our island adventures.However, there is one important note for future guests: we experienced several unannounced power outages during our trip. While we understand that island-wide outages are beyond the homeowner's control, this specific property did not have a functioning backup generator at the time of our stay. If you require a continuous power supply for any reason, you may want to keep this in mind when booking. Overall, it’s a lovely spot."

"I stayed here for a week. I never once saw anyone that I was certain worked directly for the property. The office was closed at all times. I had to get the WiFi password from the restaurant staff. Before I arrived, I got a text that said my cabin would be left unlocked. Before I left, I got a text telling me to leave the cabin unlocked. I honestly have no idea if anyone knew I was there. The shower is a garden hose. Literally. One night it rained. Hard. I ran out of bowls, and had to change beds because it was dripping on my face. I would have complained, but TO WHO? Gains one star for the amazing view."

"My second stay at Pura Vida was much like the first, fantastic. Friendly, responsive and helpful staff. Good view, nice decks and stocked with everything needed for preparing meals and going to the beach. Working generator and extra tank in case power went out, in order to run water pump and power electronics or refrigerator. I'll be back."

"This was my first time staying on the coral Bay side of the island. It is absolutely wonderful on that side of the island. The house worked out great for our work trip. I think my only complaint is the master bathroom toilet and maybe some of the screens need to be repaired. Kitchen with well stocked. Overall, a wonderful experience."

"We loved our stay at the Orchid Garden. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, the beaches are all about 25-30 min away. Our hostess Emily did a great job responding to my questions on the front end and was also very welcoming and helpful while we were there. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!"

"Stayed at an Eco Cabin with wife and two kids for 3 nights. Had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Cabin is very basic basic but had enough for us. No cell service was a plus for us, but wifi available closer to the pool. Pool was great for the kids to enjoy, with a great view. Restaurant was okay, but nothing great. Live music at the restaurant was awesome, especially with the view. Beautiful view, stars at night are amazing. Showering while looking at stars is amazing. Then there were the stairs - lots of them. Leg workout, but so worth it. Fairly easy hike to the beach is a huge perk! Love the quietness and remoteness of the area. Only real negative was the noise from the wind made sleeping a little difficult. But you can't have that view of the ocean with no wind off of the ocean anyways. We would stay again! "
