"Stayed with 2 adults, 3 kids. Great house with epic views! It had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, towels, coolers, and even a paddle board)! The house was clean with lots of open space and comfortable beds. Easy to find with directions from the manager, who was attentive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again"

"Great stay, property was exactly as described/shown and Kelsey was so friendly and helpful with the property management aspects of our stay. We loved the views, the convenience of being just off the main road (no long bumpy dirt road rides!), and the layout. Everything is well thought out and the AC/fans work great. The generator was a bonus although the power was mostly reliable during our stay. Having Calabash Market close by was also very convenient for basic needs. Overall, highly recommend this property!"

Heaven's Gate - Off Grid Ocean View Villa

"This house was great for our trip. It has amazing views of Coral Bay and is within 20 minutes of several beaches. The house is definitely on the quiet side of the island but that's what we wanted and we found there was plenty to do. The wild donkeys even came out to the house one day. The house is properly stocked, AC worked in all bedrooms, living room was comfortable, and outdoor patio and pool were spacious and enjoyable. Really, the only comment I have was there was no communication from the owner. I reached out twice but never heard back. If you do rent this place do use the address called out by the owner. Otherwise, Google maps takes you to the wrong place. Also, the property description doesn't say anything about a gate. This threw us off because we were not provided a gate code and the gate was tied shut. There is no gate code. Just untie the rope from the gate and head up. This was a great trip and do recommend this house."

Charming 1-bedroom cottage with WiFi and AC in delightful St John

"This served well for a group of young travelers to stay together with 2 full beds and a futon. Simple cottage with the basics that is somewhat walkable to Calabash market but otherwise need a car to get around. Driveway is super steep like many in STJ but they offer a pull off at the bottom for those that prefer not to brave it which was nice. The AC is in the bedroom so just be aware the main area doesn't get as cool, but is still comfortable and definitely needed because doors open didn't make it comfortable during the season we were there. Outside space could use sprucing up and not as much supplies provided as our other rentals on STJ, but overall it was a great value for a group to access the Coral Bay side of the island and all had a great time. Hosts were responsive on arrival and no issues throughout stay, easy checkout process."
