"We absolutely loved our stay at this home in St. John. The view was incredible, and the calm, clear water made it perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking right from the property (we rented a kayak and paddle boards from a local company). The house was spotless, well-stocked, and set up perfectly for our two families (4 adults and 5 teens) with plenty of space, two master suites, and great areas for both kids and adults to relax. The management company was outstanding—quick to respond to questions and very helpful when the island had a power outage, sending someone immediately to check the generator. The location felt private and peaceful, with easy access to a nearby market and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the home and the management team."

"We loved our stay! Very quiet, cute and spacious cottage for 2. You can see the flamingos hanging out on the lake behind our deck. Super close to salt pond bay and great Lameshur bay. The hosts provided bug sprays,beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling gears so we didn’t have to bring much. 100% would come back again!! "

"We had a 10/10 experience staying here for our honeymoon. JP met us at the Jeep place to pick up our vehicle (Sunshines also 10/10 they met us at the ferry to pick up), and JP let us have time to shop at the market first before heading to the house. He was so welcoming, and they even had a few things of food for us from North Shore Deli (also a must go to place, great food for sandwiches, drinks and cold pastas to take to the beach). The place itself was incredibly clean, neat, and the views were as good as the pictures! The kitchen had everything you need. Plenty of extra towels and toilet paper. We had beach chairs and coolers (multiple sizes) for us to take to the beach (super nice to have), plus beach towels. The washer and dryer is also nice. The drive up the mountain is intense no doubt, you definitely need a 4x4 vehicle, it’s very very steep. But once you drive up for the 3-4min it’s definitely worth it. Great views. It was too cold to swim in the pool so we didn’t, but it’s lit up and clean, and great view. We used the grill 2x. The property is very private and you can’t really see any other building around you. If we came back we definitely would stay here again! The only weird thing was the split level, you have to go outside and walk up/down stairs to get to the other half (main level is kitchen, bathroom, living room, second level down stairs is the 2 rooms and bathroom and washer/dryer). Awesome place!!"

"This place is a hidden gem. If you’re looking for adventure and just relaxation without all fancy stuff. Concordia is the place for you. If you cannot do stairs then this place isn’t the place for you. You are located in a beautiful hillside with tons of stairs all around you. If you don’t need ac then this place is perfect for you in the tents. But they do have ac units as well. It’s rustic but brings you back to nature. You have an amazing beach just a half mile from the place called salt pond that you could just spend the whole day there and snorkel beautiful waters. Take a hike to ramhead trail from the resort. I stayed in unit 13 with no ac and had the best crosswinds coming through my unit. "

"Blue pearl villa has everything you could ever want and the pictures do not capture the beauty of this place. You are sourounded with the sound of waves and a beautiful setting where the sun rises over coral bay to greet you every morning. The pool is layed with beautiful brown pebbles and you can still see the ocean when your in it. The Host, John goes above and beyound to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible and responds quickly. The view of the stars are absolutely amazing at night and the layout of the house was perfect for my family. Thank you Blue pearl villa for being exactly what my family needed!"
