"This property is spectacular, the view is the best in the island, and the amenities are great. You get 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with full kitchen, washer dryer, a great balcony and even a terrace. They provide cooler and beach chairs which is very convenient. You have a private grill, and shared infinity pool and hottub overlooking Coral Bay. The drive to the beaches is 10-20 min. Overall a great place to be."

"We were a group of friends traveling together so each of us having out own space and level of the house was very comfortable. The view is AMAZING!! I could have spent the entire week sitting on the veranda or by the pool and gone home rejuvenated. We did venture out and explore the island but each morning and each evening dining outside with the frogs "chirping" was such a blessing.The house is very well designed and is perfectly set up for groups and families. We used the beach chairs, and I loved the microfiber towels. I order some for my home. Splendid retreat on a beautiful island. Extremely grateful, Nina"

"The Host was very responsive to our needs. He kept the generator running with the several day power outage the whole island experienced. We appreciated how much effort he put in to make sure our AC kept running so we could sleep at night. The only bummer was that the hot tub did not work for our stay. We would stay here again. "

"We loved everything about the Blue Wrasse. We started every day with coffee and the fabulous view from the deck. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed, the bed was comfy, and did I mention the view from the deck? We were sad to leave. The Blue Wrasse made our trip."

"The owner and property manager were fantastic to deal with! The communication was fast and clear whenever I needed information! Blue Palm Villa is in a great location, great views of Coral Bay, and straightforward street and driveway for ease of entry. The property is fabulous for three couples having separate spaces with en suite and the pool in the middle of the accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked as we are cook's and made some fabulous meals. We liked that the host provided laundry detergent, dish, dishwashing liquid, papertowels, pool beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, and floats for the pool. We snorkeled in several locations, including salt pond, trunk bay, waterlemon, and hulover Hanson. We rented a boat from marina behind skinny legs for day and went to Lime Out for lunch. Windmill for music and views is great. A wonderful week with friends! "

"Just spent 1 week at Waterlemon Villa, 2 adults 2 kids 2 grandparents. Overall we had a very nice stay. The view is phenomenal and the screened porch was so nice to have and a unique feature of this property. The kids enjoyed the pool which is small but pleasant. Kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and we made several dinners at home without any issues. Bedrooms were comfortable with well functioning AC. We liked the outdoor showers. Communication with owners and property managers was good and listing is accurate. Condition of villa I would say is good but mildly worn, about what I would expect at this price. It was clean. The furniture was comfortable and good condition. We had a minor plumbing issue which they offered to have come fixed but I didn't want workers in the house for a day or two while we were there. The stairs are a bit steep, the bunks are upstairs so if you have little kids you'd probably want some kind of baby gate. The main point I would make for those considering is that the drive way is NOT a joke. It requires one very confident driver in your party and as others have noted, a lot of courage the first few times. We did not feel excited about doing this in the dark so we didn't stay out past sunset. I'm sure once you've done it a bunch of times it becomes more 2nd nature but we were just feeling more comfortable by end of week. If you want a glorious view and don't mind an adventurous driveway this is a good value. "
