"The house itself is lovely and so well-equipped. The kitchen and the bathroom had anything you could want or need. The many items provided for the beach were exceptional and saved us from having to rent anything at the beach (chairs, towels, coolers, floats). The deck is very comfortbale with many seating options and full sun or shade options and it does overlook Coral Bay. Communication was easy. We also loved the hummingbird feeders that attracted plenty of them. We also played many of the supplied games and built a puzzle. It is by far the most equipped place I have ever stayed and the items are of high quality which is really nice. The home is beautiful and mathches the pictures on the website perfectly.The following isn' so much to do with the host or the home itself but are things I would have liked to have known about the area ahead of time. Besides the view of Coral Bay, the house sits above a busy and noisy road (Hwy 10). I found the driving in St John to be very difficult and the driveway is no exception. We saw better driveways, but we also saw a lot worse so if you are familiar with St John and don't mind the creative access into places, it is ok. My spouse didn't mind but I think if I had been alone it would have been a problem. I also thought with being so close to town we could walk a lot but we didn't. There are no sidewalks and with the narrow roads and blind corners, we didn't see anyone else walking either."

"My daughter and I stayed here and loved it. It was quiet with an unbelievable view and constant breeze. I spent every morning and evening on the deck. The main room feels small when you first arrive but the master bedroom, loft, porch and deck make it very roomy with plenty of space. The water is not drinkable with low pressure but that didn't matter to us. The outdoor shower was wonderful with the same view as the deck. It had everything we needed and the beach chairs & cooler were very useful. The steps to get back up to the driveway were a lot so be prepared. I didn't mind the workout. The location was great. Close to everything around Coral Bay and more calm & quiet than Cruz Bay. All the beaches we went to were around 10-20 minutes away driving 15-20 mph. There are 2 markets and a few restaurants close by. The Cantina was our favorite. Everything about our trip was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. We miss it already!"

"Very nice basic villa with beautiful Coral Bay views. Driveway is steep with a ridge at the top; if renting use a 4wd with good clearance. Stone wall in the parking area is a work of art! Easy drive to Skinny Legs and Coral Bay markets, not far to Maho and Francis Bay beaches."

"This house was great for our trip. It has amazing views of Coral Bay and is within 20 minutes of several beaches. The house is definitely on the quiet side of the island but that's what we wanted and we found there was plenty to do. The wild donkeys even came out to the house one day. The house is properly stocked, AC worked in all bedrooms, living room was comfortable, and outdoor patio and pool were spacious and enjoyable. Really, the only comment I have was there was no communication from the owner. I reached out twice but never heard back. If you do rent this place do use the address called out by the owner. Otherwise, Google maps takes you to the wrong place. Also, the property description doesn't say anything about a gate. This threw us off because we were not provided a gate code and the gate was tied shut. There is no gate code. Just untie the rope from the gate and head up. This was a great trip and do recommend this house."

"This property was everything that I hoped for! Quiet mornings with just the sounds of roosters and ocean breeze, away from everything yet still convenient to all of the beaches on island and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!"

"Nice small house on Coral Bay that meets all the requirments.AC worked well, pool was nice and a well stocked kitchen. We had daily visits from the goats that came to drink from the pool but didn't really bother us at all. Parking is a little challenging but we managed, just take it slow as you back down the narrow driveway. There is no washer and dryer which I had read in a review that there was one, a comfy bed and plenty of outdoor furniture give Harbour Lights a very home away from home feeling. Some black out curtins is the only thing missing but overall a great place."
