"From check in to checking out the staff was amazing and helpful. Got stranded in Minneapolis for delayed flights and got room here as it's connected to Mall of America. They made everything easy at check in feeling our stress then stored bags after check out until they shuttled us to airport. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!!"
