The room was very good. The breakfast was more than I expected including an omelet station. The pool and gym were nice. It was cool that the hotel connected to restaurants. The second night the cable in my room wouldn’t let me watch live tv and when we called the desk their solution was to ask if we wanted to move which was funny since we were already settled with two kids. Overall our stay was amazing and would stay here again. Oh we used the valet service and were able to easily come and go, the only comment about that is it is pricey at $69 a night but our complementary breakfast offset the cost.

Nice reception with 2 drinks per adult per room. Wonderful breakfast. Parking is expensive, and downtown Minneapolis is pretty sketchy. The rooms were small, laid out strangely, and kind of run down for Embassy Suite standards.

Clean hotel and room, great staff. Evening reception staff and breakfast staff were excellent! Valet was friendly and helpful. We had two adults and two kids for Banana Ball, so the hotel was full and hoppin, but the pool was a family friendly area for the kids. Nothing negative to say about our stay!
