  • Nihilani Townhouse unit 19 A is located in the resort community of Princeville. This plantation style townhome complex completed in 2006 makes it one of the newest developments within the Princeville Resort community.
    Spacious and beautifully decorated, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath unit is a fully equipped townhouse with many features, and amenities. Approximately 1,875 square feet, two story floor plan is a professionally maintained vacation rental that's hard to beat.
    Nihilani 19A is a three- bedroom vacation rental that accommodates 6 comfortably. The sleeping quarters consists of the Master Bedroom Suite with a king bed, flat screen T. V. , large walk in closet, full bath with tub and separate walk in shower, and private lanai. The Second Bedroom has a queen bed, shared full bath tub with shower, sliding closet, private lanai.. The Third Bedroom suite features two twin beds , walk-in closet. A fourth room is a office room, can be converted into a infants space.
    The spacious living room area has a large comfortable sectional sofa, flat screen TV and sitting area, great for lounging, a movie night, game playing or just hanging out after a full day of activities.The kitchen and dining room are open and the fully upgraded gourmet kitchen features all the utensils you will need for a home cooked meal. Relax on the covered lanai to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink to watch the sunset . Other amenities include: air conditioning, ceiling fans, linens, towels, beach towels, beach gear, 2 car garage, guest parking, DVD player, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. Our pool area includes a large cabana for BBQing. The free form pool is beautiful with a jacuzzi and shade for the keikis.

Great place in Princeville

Very clean, lots of kitchen tools and appliances for cooking, a wealth of beach/pool accessories and toys. The owner graciously allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours on the morning of our checkout, which is as appreciated. We all enjoyed staying here.

This condo and entire complex is well kept and beautiful. We had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it for friends and family. Close to golfing and really nice pool and barbecue area.

Everything was great about our stay in Kauai...the grounds and surrounding area of the condo is just stunning. The beds were great. The condo had everything we needed. The only thing we would comment negatively on is the road noise....but everything else was top notch. Would definitely stay again!!!

Tutu's Getaway was perfect!

We had a fantastic vacation at Tutu's Getaway with our family. The property was perfect for us, the condo was spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, especially the short walk to the gorgeous pool. The location was what we were looking for being just a short drive away from Hanalei Bay, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We had on incident of locking the key inside the house and the host came over quickly to let us back in. We would definitely stay here again if we brought the same amount of family members, or friends! Thank you for having us!

Holiday in Kauai

The property was better than in the pictures. Location was perfect. The house felt like home. The owners were super accommodating and communicative. Stayed there for 9 nights with 4 adult kids (ages 18-26) and felts great that we could spread out, cook the occasional meal in the house and do laundry. Can’t wait to be in Kauai again.

Perfect place for my family

We had a great stay with my family. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and had bikes, boogey boards, a cooler, and beach chairs to use which served us great. The condo is in a great location in Princeville for all north shore activities and the association pool and hot tub are gorgeous. This is a great way to stay on the north shore.

Place was as advertised. Good location, plenty of space for 6. If you’re renting a large SUV, it’s a tight fit maneuvering into the garage. Beach stuff and lots of towels were nice. Would recommend staying here.

House and owners were fantastic. Great location if you want to stay close to the North shore and an easy drive to the rest of the island. House was clean, very well stocked, great air condition, and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool and Jacuzzi in the evenings definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

Highly recommend this rental. The place was huge, lots of room to hang out inside or have coffee on the patio in the morning and do some people watching. It has everything you need in the kitchen and everywhere else. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and safe. We loved taking walks in the area. The grocery store is just a few minutes drive away as well as restaurants. Hope to be back some day!

Best Princeville Stay!!

This property was absolutely wonderful. The unit was even better in person than it looked in the listing pictures and the location in Princeville was great. We had plenty of space for our family of 5 and if we could give it more than 5 stars, we would. There were also several beach accessories available in the garage. Best Family Vacation Ever

Tutu's getaway was very perfect for our family. We stayed at Kauai Beach villas as well and everything about the townhouse and princeville was by far our favorite place. We all wanted to go back and stay at tutu's. Our future Kauai visits we will be staying here the whole time. The owners were VERY helpful and the communication was perfect. Very nice people to talk too! Perfect in every way!!!!

Our family of six stayed here for a week, wish we could have stayed longer. The condo had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and had lots of beach gear. Boogie boards, chairs and cooler. The vacuum in the garage was super useful to have. The sand in our car got to be a bit much. We love this community has a great pool and is nice and quiet.

Place was nice. Good location. My complaints are, got in trouble for smoking a cigarette on patio. Ive always prided myself about being respectful and i read all the rules of the house and they had A LOT of them mind you, do not turn house below 75 degrees, ect ect ect ect ect lol but nothing about smoking.

Perfect in Princeville

This was a perfect vacation home for our family of six. It was very clean and spacious with many amenities. It is located in a beautiful area close to beaches, grocery store, and beautiful Hanalei with restaurants and shopping. We used the grill at the pool and prepared many meals in the well equipped kitchen. It was great to have a cooler, ice packs, chairs, snorkel gear, and boogie boards all available for those many beach days. It is simply a great home, in a great location, on a beautiful island.

It was just a great place to stay! The parking is a little tight for a Jeep Gladiator but we were still able to get in the garage. :) We had a few bugs in the kitchen area, not surprising for Kauai, but Cathy was quick to help remedy the situation. Loved all the beach gear, laundry room, half bath downstairs, and just that it was homey and comfy.

Lovely little home base

We loved our stay! Kids had lots of fun in the pool! The place was very clean and spacious. The kids side was very quiet, which was great, and the garbage and recycling was right behind the house for super easy access. If I could change anything, I'd ask for cotton sheets and the polyester was weird for us, and that the kitchen be stocked better. We had to run the dishwasher more often than we'd like because there was basically only one set of everything. Not a great kitchen if you cook a lot. Otherwise, it was a great place to crash and everyone slept well! The ceiling fans were very much appreciated! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location

I would like to give this five stars, but there were some little problems. The directions for the lockbox had a missing number, so we couldn’t get in, and couldn’t contact the owner. We are lucky to get into the garage and then inside. There were places that needed repair, and I’m sure the owners will take care of those in the future. We appreciated the cleanliness, beach necessities including bikes, towels and chairs, and the comfortable air conditioning! I do recommend this lovely condo once the repairs are made.

Gorgeous fully equipped Condo with garage and pool

What a beautiful condo in the heart of Princeville. Very comfortable and very clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Beach/pool towels were available as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They also had beach chairs and we left a few pool floaties, but there already were a few. The kitchen was fully equipped. We had a Grand Cherokee which fit in the garage. Not sure anything bigger would so stay away from an Excursion, although there are visitor spots available. This unit is on the main street through Princeville so there is some road noise, but I wear earplugs so it didn't bother me. Nice view of the golf course from the Master bedroom. Very nice reclining sofa that seats 5-6 comfortably. The pool is about a 3 min walk and is a nice size, as well as the hot tub. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Princeville.
