Hanalei Bay Resort, #3105

Spacious studio unit with stunning ocean and mountain views of Kauai's north shore. This is a fully air-conditioned, ground floor condo that overlooks Hanalei Bay, Bali Hai, and is located at the beautiful Hanalei Bay Resort.

The space
Studio unit with a full kitchen, a king size bed, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. The space includes a sofa, dresser, dining table, and a washer/dryer. There is a 50-inch TV, wifi, and air conditioning. The views are amazing without even going outside and they only get better when you step out onto the lanai, where you can relax and watch the sunset.

The resort
An amazing 22 acres of lush Hawaiian paradise, with a tropical pool/hot tub, a cute little restaurant, lots of tennis courts, and is a short walk (or golf cart ride) from one of Hawaii’s most beautiful white sand beaches - Pu'u Poa.

Things to note
Hanalei Bay Resort charges 2 fees that must be paid directly to them at the front desk.
Upon check-in, you will be charged a one time registration fee of $50 and a resort/parking fee of $45+ tax a night per unit. This fee includes parking and allows access to all of the wonderful resort amenities, including the pools, hot tub, towels, beach shuttles if you don't feel like walking, fitness center, laundry room, tennis courts, outdoor grills, and more.

Cancellation policy
100% refund for cancelations within 60 days. 50% refund for cancellations within 30 days, We do not provide refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival unless we can rebook the unit.

Amazing Place to Stay

The entire experience was fantastic. The pictures don’t do justice to the actual view, it’s stunning. Incredible to wake up and step out on the porch to see the mountains and oceans. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The resort was excellent as well. Easy to get to and a bunch of activities all around. Can’t recommend this place enough for future guests.

Smooth process and great stay

Check in process was easy, resort was nice and it was a good stay. The place is a little bit more dated than I expected and is quite small, but everything was in working order and the stunning view made up for it.

The view of this property is breathtaking & so worth it. My husband and I came and stayed here for our honeymoon and it was just the perfect size for us! It’s inside the Hanalei Bay Resort so we had to check in/out like a real hotel/resort and the hosts do not communicate with you at all. We couldn’t make any sense of the fifty/day parking fee so just be aware of that before you book. The place had pretty much everything we needed like beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and an ice chest. There was an interesting smell when we walked in but it might’ve just been us. Staying in Princeville was beautiful and overall we had a very good experience and we’d come stay again!

What a view!

Beautiful view, nice place, huge bathroom. Patio was lovely. Pool and jacuzzi are awesome and very close to the room. Foodland nearby for groceries, definitely recommend having a car for this area. Make sure you go into Hanalei town, so cute! We found this resort and the area of Princeville to be very upper crust and a bit snobby. Communication with owners was excellent and they are very nice!

Great view from back porch

The condo was located in a perfect place on the property, which is a great property. But I didn’t like how the restaurant was not run by the resort, it was all kind of a weird relationship between the condos and the resort but in the end it was a gorgeous resort. The shower was not great, you get what you pay for.

This is one fabulous resort! Super incredible views, excellent service, best hot tub anywhere. The room was a little outdated. VHS collection is the 1st sign of that. No closets, dessers or drawers to unpack into. Bathroom was HUGE. Shower was great. Beautiful views in every direction.

Gorgeous view and grounds, nice little spot

We stayed here for our honeymoon early September. The weather was perfect and the location to the pool and semi-private beach was spectacular. The town of Hanalei was super close and very cute spot with nice restaurants and shopping! The little condo was perfect for the two of us. The grounds are very well kept and all the staff were super helpful and kind. The down side is that the bed was not very comfortable to sleep on and the wall between the unit directly next to this one was very thin and we could hear the neighbors talking at night. We were out and about most of the day/night so wasn't too big of an issue, but just something to be aware of. It was a good little spot and we would stay here again. Thanks for sharing this spot with others, Dale!

Experienced Kaua`i travelers

We have experienced lodging on the island from Na Pali beaches, out to Haena, to Kapa`a, Poipu and the mists of Koke`e. Only the north coast is available nowhere else in the world. It is the Hawai`i that we love. The online description of this Princeville unit is 100% accurate. The photo is absolutely what you watch while preparing dinner and what you wake up to in the morning. Few Princeville units have this constant viewpoint of the bay and Na Pali coast -- and it is GREAT! The beach down the easy hill is protected by reef and the wave surge is mild. Splash off afterward and enjoy the pool and swim-up bar. Guavaritas are highly recommended! The Saturday farmers' market, restaurants, beach and river kayaking in Hanalei are so close. Heading to the south side is easy in the morning as it runs counter to Poipu traffic headed north to Bali Hai. With only a schedule change on our part, we made it past Waimea for a 7:00 AM whale watch. And that afternoon we still easily got up the hill to view Koke`e at its best. Hanapepe has the most delightful small town coffee & sandwich shop and artsy businesses featuring local crafts. Friday night art crawl? Hanapepe. Want to browse curly koa for your home shop? Hanapepe on Friday evenings. Yes, it was a long day but we readily made it back to Princeville by mid-evening. This unit is convenient and fully as-described. It was a great location for us. Hint - contact the concierge before you head to the islands to have them reserve the north coast shuttle to the outer beaches at Haena or Ke`e or an energetic hike to Hanakāpīʻai beach. We visited the last week of January. Winter waves can be high some days but comfortable air and water temperature made for nice swimming on days when the seas were calmer. We did it all!

Beautiful views of sunsets and rainbows over Hanalei Bay.

Great place to stay at Hanalei Bay Resort. The condo is well equipped for a couple with very nice furnishings and kitchen. Of course the lanai is where we spent our Mornings and evenings enjoying the spectacular views and bird life.

Great place for a romantic getaway

Lovely ground floor unit with an amazing view of Hanalei Bay and the mountains! Just a short walk from the lagoon-style pool and hot tub, which were great to relax in after active days. We also liked having the option to cook for ourselves some of the time, and there was plenty of cutlery and kitchen equipment to do so.

This unit was everything it advertised: spectacular view, comfy accommodations, great location close to the pool. I would encourage the owners to provide directions for adjusting the water temperature on the shower, and for operating the stove. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We would advise the resort to reduce the amount of leaf blowing, which seemed to go on constantly. The resort itself was amazing, with the waterfall enhanced pool one of the highlights. Overall, highly recommended.

Perfect Space To Explore The North Shore

Plenty of comfy and relaxing space for my husband and I. Very relaxing atmosphere to go back to after a day full of adventure. Great location!

My favorite thing about this rental was the view and the location. The unit was a little bit worn down, but it still had everything you could need and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We would love to return some day! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
