Hale Moi #216A. Welcome to your Garden Island oasis: a stylish island-style retreat in the heart of Princeville. This beautiful, newly renovated studio is your perfect home base for trips to Hanalei town (10 mins) and the incredible beaches on Kauai's North Shore. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious, private balcony with mountain views, sprawl out in the laid-back living room after a long day in the sun, and at night, make your way up the spiral staircase to the cozy bedroom for a night of rest on our dreamy king mattress.

This studio comes equipped with high-powered AIR CONDITIONING (woohoo!), and also features ample windows so you can enjoy our signature Hawaiian trade winds and the sound of palm trees swaying at night. The lofted bedroom feels more like a treehouse, outfitted with a luxurious king size bed with ample pillows, and of course, an extra fan. You'll also find a cozy daybed in the living area - perfect for an afternoon cat nap or for little ones (extra linens provided upon request). Looking to work remotely? Enjoy high speed internet from the lanai, the bar, or the writer's desk if inside is more your thing. The full kitchen features new appliances, a washer / dryer, and has recently been outfitted with everything the at-home chef could ask for. You'll also find a charcoal grill on the property just a few steps away.

Great stay on the north shore

Perfect location! We would definitely stay here again. The condo was a great size for the two of us. Only complaint is that the knives were so dull you couldn’t really use them!

Amazing stay!

We had the best time at the north shore bungalow. Perfect location, everything you could want inside the home for a week long vacation, very comfortable accommodations, and a very responsive and wonderful host. Hope to come back some day.

Northshore Bungalow A+

A wonderful little bungalow, perfect for two. The lanai (balcony) looks out to the mountains. Just across the street is the Hideaway Lookout- a great spot to watch the sunset. The bungalow had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

The property is very clean, nice and work great for our stay. We found the location to be ideal for us. Close to the beach, shopping and very quiet. We noticed a geko our last night in the property, scared my spouse but we didnt mind, it was fantastic definitely will come again.

Beach Bliss

This condo is so beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the lanai every morning. All the furniture and beds are comfortable and cozy. I saw a couple other units in the same complex that friends stayed at and this one is the nicest by far. Loved it!

Incredible little oasis

We had the best stay here. The place was so clean and we had absolutely everything we needed. It felt so good to come home to this condo every day and relax on the lanai. Also, the bed was super comfortable which is rare for home stays. We’ll be back! Thank you to the hosts for everything they did to make this stay what it was.

Kauai Christmas

We enjoyed our stay at Hale Moi. Very nice unit. Even though there was construction going on during our stay, it didn’t bother us. Thanks to Jane for keeping us updated on the work going on. We usually stay at Pali Ke Kua and even without that view, we liked this place more. Highly recommend.

Amazing Location & Views!

This location is 10/10! We had beautiful jungle and mountain views out the back patio, and gorgeous sunrise and sunset views just across the street. The Bungalow is 5 minutes from a grocery store and a few essentials like coffee, food, sandwiches, etc and about 15 min from the amazing little town in Hanalei - we spent almost every day strolling through town and at the beaches. The bungalow is decorated super cute and has pretty much everything you could need. There were a few areas of opportunity as far as a good deep cleaning goes, but overall a pretty clean place! The management team was also excellent and very quick to respond to any questions/needs we had! Thanks so much for a great week!

A week in paradise

Great location. If you come to Kauai stay on the North Shore at this condo. Kauai’s North Shore is the most lush part of the island. The condo was fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. It was spacious and well played out with a beautiful view of the mountainsThe beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were used every day. The only thing to be aware of is the bed is in the loft and you have to climb a spiral staircase. If you have balance or mobility issues you would need to take it into consideration.

5 Star Stay

We loved our stay in this condo - it was really clean, the location was great and the bed was very comfortable. The condo is in a quiet community which was perfect for myself and my husband. The only negative was parking, one night we came back from dinner and none of the permit spots were open. We had to sit and wait for about 10 minutes until someone left. Was still a 5 star stay!

Fantastic time in Kauai

Had an amazing stay here with my wife for a week in paradise. This property is at a terrific location, steps away from an ocean lookout, walking path, and some small secluded beaches. The lush garden and mountain views from the bungalow itself are also a treasure. Wonderfully decorated, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay on the north side of Kauai. There was some construction/repairs going on with the building, but the property manager was super helpful and we didn't have any issues. The key question of any review is "would you stay here again?" Answer: absolutely!

Amazing stay in paradise!

We were extremely happy with our choice to stay here, it’s on the north side of the island, which made for a quick drive to our favorite beaches. The bungalow had everything we needed and more! The beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were used every day by us! It was also the little things like having an ice maker and a brita water pitcher, makeup cloths, books with recommendations, storage containers, and a coffee maker. The lanai is incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing outside. What a gorgeous view! You will not regret your choice to book here! We would stay again in a heartbeat. We stayed a little over a week in October. 2024.

Overall, we would stay again BUT only in Winter time

We had an issue but the management company took care of it right way, same day. Air conditioning was sufficient in January, however I do not believe it would be sufficient in warmer months. For the most part the condo was clean however on the area rugs, mainly in the living room and kitchen, it was as if it had not been vacuumed, popcorn kernels, dried raisins (as if it had been there a while). This should be basic cleaning protocol. Realistically unable to have suitcases upstairs and lived out of our suitcases spread out downstairs. Bed and daybed were very comfortable, very nice bedding. Washer and dryer are a big plus.
