This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath town home is a perfect place to stay for family and friends! Located in Princeville on Kauai's North Shore, close to beaches, shopping and everything our beautiful island has to offer. Open and inviting floor plan, large kitchen with granite slab counter tops perfect for creating an evening meal full of amazing memories. Hardwood coconut flooring throughout first floor, brings a taste of the islands. Sleeps up to 8 people with two king beds, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the den. The property was larger than I expected. It was clean, the neighborhood is very pleasant. The management let us in early so that was appreciated. There are kids toys, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and other beach supplies in the garage. The air conditioning worked really well. Two minor things worth mentioning. The wifi isn't strong and didn't reach to the bedrooms or the lanai, so if you want to work, it must be done in the downstairs portion of the house. Also, the pool is quite shallow, 4 ft at the deepest portion. Everything else about the property is excellent.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our time in this unit. The beach was minutes away and pool area great for winding down. The house was roomy and had everything we needed. The host answered a couple of questions immediately.

Great location and value

Clean, close to all roads leading to beaches, short 3 minute walk to the pool to play and grill. Safe neighborhood and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations.

Perfect location

Overall the property was perfect for our needs. Very well appointed and the beach accessories were a great plus. Location is quiet and close to all things North Shore. Would definitely repeat.

Beautiful home

We were disappointed the AC wasn't working, but know they did their best to help with window units. The garage parking was tight for 2 vehicles and we hoped for a guest parking pass but we weren't given one. It all worked out though. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in Princeville

This property was perfect. Clean and well furnished, and in a great location. Close to walking paths, golf, beaches, and some shopping. We liked the pool, and having a garage. And plenty of beach gear to use. It exceeded our expectations.

Nihilani 3A was great!

We come every year to see family and enjoy staying at nihilani, this rental was nice and clean. I wish the master bed wasn't so noisy and the knifes were sharper but really that's probably a quick fix. All in all it's a wonderful place to stay.

Family Wedding

We stayed here with our family while my son was getting married. The house was gorgeous, spacious and suited our needs perfectly. We had one issue with the A/C not keeping up but the property managers helped us to resolve it. I love that there were beach items in the garage we were allowed to borrow and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. I can't wait to come back!

Nice property in great location

Location was great, property was clean and home was well stocked. No issue parking our two compact cars in garage. Some items we managed through but could use some updates are: 1) instructions on fridge not 100% clear 2) washer was noisy and could only accommodate small loads 3) shared washroom locks did not work Overall happy with our stay and would return. Great size home for our two families.

The condo was clean, well stocked, had plenty of space, very comfortable, and the pool/jacuzzi was fantastic. It's just a few minutes to Hanelei Bay, which was our favorite thing in the area.As far as area, there doesn't seem to be as many restaurants/ shopping as the south shore, or maybe we just didn't know where to look. And we kept having to drive to the south shore for different adventure tours we had booked (and the traffic jams/low speed limits are no joke). But the north shore is SO beautiful. It's a real toss up!

This made it very easy to help with grandkids and visit with other family members. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo was really nice with 3 decks. Lots of privacy for my husband and I with having 2 of our sons staying with us. They could stay up and then we could get up earlier and no one was disturbed. Enjoy the complex and location to everything at Princeville!

The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils to bake and cook with. There was a nice welcome gift waiting for us when we got there. The check in and check out process was easy and quick. Customer service was very good. They were in contact with us by email/text throughout the trip. Easy access to a store. Woke up to birds and roosters every morning. Other than that, it was very quiet. Beautiful pool and hot tub that our kids loved. We also LOVED the extras that were provided - boogie boards, beach towels, swim noodles, sand buckets, beach umbrella, snorkeling equipment. We would highly recommend this property and would give it more than five stars if we could.
