Beautiful views! We loved sitting on the deck watching the birds and enjoying the mountain and golf course views. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beach towels, toys, cooler, and chairs were nice extras to have for the beach. Also the location was great for a walk to hideaways beach and the beach by the hotel.

The kitchen was well stocked and the accommodations were spacious. There was plenty of beach/ snorkel equipment! It was a nice size for the money. It needed to be vacuumed better and the wicker wiped well for mildew.

View and location was great. I would suggest an outside hose with easy access to rinse of sand that would help keep sand outside. We would definitely stay here again.
Hideaway Beach, a short walk!
Sunset viewing, a short walk!

Pre-Christmas Stay in Princeville

Overall nice stay. Property was comfortable and clean. The furniture a bit tired but that is normally expected from a rental property. Great location with nice views of the mountains.

Unbelievably stunning views

Perfect spot for our family... Loved all the animal life too, from the state bird the NeNe to the giant African snail! Great time... And nearby North Shore general store has yummy food!

Great place for our family group of 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with lovely dishes. Snorkel gear, ample towels and hot water were all abundant! The furniture was somewhat worn, but that's sort of expected for a rental. The views were stunning and we enjoyed watching the golfers and birds. The golf course is manicured and this is fully underway by 6:00 a.m. However, we didn't mind at all!

Spectacular Scenery

We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the balcony and listening to so many birds in the area. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. The only suggestion would be the dining table, we would have preferred a normal height table and not a higher table requiring bar stools which were very uncomfortable. We brought the table in from the balcony when the rain was blowing in so we could use it instead. Otherwise we loved the place and others would find the table great.

Loved this place and would rent again. Great views from both decks. My only wish would be a hose by the front door to rinse off instead of using a bucket.

Rutledge stay in unit 17 from Nov. 24 to Dec. 2

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was ever so beautiful from both patios. I could have spent the whole day admiring the view and feeding the cardinals! Location was fabulous. Hotel 1, the snorkeling beach, and Hanalei Resort were within walking distance. Only we missed an AC in at least one room. The staff was very friendly. All in all, we had a dream vacation in paradise. Mahalo!!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoy staying at the Hanalei Bay Villas when we are in Kauai because of the beautiful views and the privacy of having our own house. This villa #17 was very nice - clean, well-maintained, roomy, and comfortable. This is a small thing, but I really appreciated the big stack of towels in the closet! It is an easy location because you are very close to Hanalei Bay and also to the shopping in Princeville. We were visiting a active grandson and there is a great playground and plenty of open space in Princeville. The hosts were very helpful as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third stay at Villa #17. We have stayed in Princeville for many years, but this will always be our first choice. The location is amazing with mountain views and of Hanalei Bay. The villa is even better than the pictures. We also have had the pleasure of working with Na Pali Properties...they make sure that everything is taken care of. When is Hanalei, be sure to stop in to say Aloha to them.

We spent 8 nights at the condo - I started every morning with coffee on the deck - the view never gets old! Three bedrooms were comfortable and convenient. The location couldn’t be any better - short walk to Hideaways beach and 1 Hotel for drinks or food (although expensive!). We hope to come back some day!
