Beautiful, Modern, & Spacious: Updated Island Townhome Great for Large Groups

If you're looking for a place to unwind in style while you're on island, Puamana 6B has everything you'll need! This attractive, contemporary retreat features two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with their own private lanai, as well as a third double bed in the upstairs loft area. The living room, dining area, and kitchen seamlessly blend into one another, creating an open and attractive downstairs living space that still feels just as cozy as your own home! You'll also find a third private lanai just off of the living room, set up for you to take full advantage of the mild tropical weather. You'll find that everything has been set up for you to have the perfect vacation: from the secluded home office nook, to the fully-equipped kitchen, and even the complimentary beach gear! All you have to do is show up and take in the incredible surroundings. The downstairs bedroom offers a king bed. The primary bedroom upstairs has a Cal King bed. The loft area includes a queen bed and a full bed, in addition to a cozy reading nook.

If the beautiful home wasn't enough, the location is also top-notch! Situated perfectly for you to have quick walking access to everything in Princeville, Puamana 6B is a fabulous jumping off point for your island adventures. Anini Beach, home to Hawaii's longest coral reef and perfect for swimming and snorkeling, is just a brief 8 minute hike away on a shady path. The Princeville Shopping Center is only 15 minutes away on foot, and has a Foodland grocery store, Lappert's Ice Cream (made locally!), and a number of dining options that are great for grab-and-go dinners, or a sit down meal! You can also visit the farmer's market behind the Shopping Center every Saturday morning, and grab a treat before enjoying the free Saturday afternoon hula show. The Westin Resort is even closer to Puamana, only 2 minutes walking, and offers access to a Starbucks, grab-and-go minimart, and upscale dining at the Nanea restaurant (head over for happy hour deals from 3-5!). For even more retail therapy and delicious restaurant options, the quirky island town of Hanalei is a 10 minute drive away, as are the iconic beaches of Hanalei Bay. For a quieter experience away from the crowds we recommend checking out the Kilauea Point Lighthouse and nature preserve, or one of the delicious little coffee shops in Kilauea (Trilogy and Kai Bar are two of our favorites!)

If you prefer to do less and relax more, the Puamana complex has everything you need for a great staycation! Spend the day lounging by the pool with a cocktail (plastic cups only, please!), enjoy an evening stroll along the golf course greenbelt, or soak up a sunset from the lanai. At night, sit out on your private lanai and take in the thousands of stars that are visible thanks to Kauai's dark-sky ordinances. After your stay here, you'll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and reluctant to go home!

If you want to make your way around the rest of the island, or have activities planned on the South Shore, you'll need to budget your time accordingly. Drive time to the East Side (where the airport is located) is roughly 55 minutes, and to the South Shore is 90 minutes.

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned.

This is a two-story home. You must be able to go up and down one flight of stairs to access the loft, second bedroom, home office area, and upstairs lanai.

We loved our stay here! The home was beautiful and very clean. Had all the things you could need. Loved all the beach towels and beach equipment. The location was great and convenient. We would highly recommend stay here and would stay here again.
