"I stayed in Victoria for two weeks for some training and selected Accent Inns for it's location. Downs: Walls are quite thin so bring ear plugs. Ups: I was suprised how professional the staff were. I've stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels and the front desk and cleaning staff were just as good. Location is good, close to two malls and grocery stores. Room was also well lit."

"The staff were helpful, courteous and went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. The lady cleaning our room offered to clean when it was most convenient for us and always greeted us with a smile and wished us a good day."

"Checked-in late night, lady at front was very nice and helpful (could perhaps avoid chewing gum when with guests at desk, just an idea), the bed was surprisingly comfortable, room very clean, all around very decent value for money. I would suggest the hard-working room attendants be given proper cleaning equipment so they don't use guests bath towels to clean the windows as I observed. Thank you, will very likely return. "
