"My kids really like our suite. It’s big and clean. Got all the things you need. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub and pool both are good. The location is amazing which is really close to the inner harbour take you 5 minutes walking. Only one thing I don’t like it’s the portable air conditioner in our bedroom . It’s loud and annoying when you turned on. If it’s a hot day, it might be a problem because all the cool air comes from that air conditioner. Outside of the bedroom will be not as comfortable as like in the bedroom. All of that, we have wonderful times to stay in this hotel."

"Really enjoyed the stay but a bit disappointed that there wasn’t tea or coffee in the room. Granted Starbucks and Tim’s was close but I still had to get dressed first thing in the am for my morning coffee. Facility was clean. Did t use the pool but we did use the hot tub. My daughter wasn’t pleased about the hairs floating in the hot tub so she didn’t utilize it as much. The back yard does have 4 chairs and a gas fire pit. We couldn’t get the fire pit to light so that was also a bit disappointing. Room was clean. Utilized the trolley to get downtown and bus for everywhere else"
