Welcome to your budget-friendly bougie 2-bedroom, 1-bath getaway — where the towels are fluffy, the coffee’s always flowing, and the vibes are chef’s kiss.

Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood (the kind where people wave but don’t talk too much), we’re just 5km from everything worth doing in PG. Shopping, trails, food — boom, you’re close to it all.

Need to sleep in until 10am? Say less. We’ll tiptoe like caffeinated ninjas.

Want extra quiet? We’ll do our best — unless the toddler next door starts his 6am tap dance. Kidding.

House rules? Yep, we’ve got a few:
• No smoking or vaping indoors or near doors, windows, vents, or cars. Not even if it’s “just one puff.”
• No unregistered guests. Not even your friend “who’s basically invisible.”
• Damage deposit required. Returned after checkout — unless you redecorate with spaghetti or turn the towel rack into a chin-up bar.

Bonus: We provide laundry, dishes, blankets, paper towel, TP, Keurig, tea, all of it. All you need to bring is your suitcase and your best behavior.

Great place to sray

We were there for 2 nights . It was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have access to the yard and It was close to shopping and very easy to find. Very nice neighborhood. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed for 4 nights while working in PG. Clean, quiet, and well equipped kitchen. Stayed 2 nights longer than planned. Terra was great and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

Fantastic Suit

My mom and i have stayed here twice as ive had to go to PG for medical. The location is fantastic, just a walk to costco, and a short drive to the Pine centre mall. The host is fabulous. She goes above and beyond for her guests. The suit is very clean, very well stocked with cooking supplies and coffee.. the beds are comfortable.. there is a small living room area with a smart TV which is cozy and relaxing. We will be staying here every time we go to PG as long as its available!! If i could give more stars i would!!

Home away from home

Terra's place was absolutely clean, lots of space, a large well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Check in was easy and Terra was available for all questions. Parking on the driveway made life easy. It was lovely to be able to relax in the yard in a safe and very quiet neighborhood. Terra is a patient and more than fair manager, she even left some much appreciated goodies at check in, what a treat after 10+ hours of driving. We will be back!

Fantastic place to stay

We stayed 3 nights, while visiting with our son, who lives in the area. Location was great, very close to Costco! The VRBO was clean, comfortable and spacious. Full kitchen was a great asset, fully stocked with everything needed, including spices, and pots and pans, kitchen appliances, etc. We cooked breakfast and dinner. Having laundry facilities and dishwasher was wonderful.I can't say enough about our wonderful hostess Terra! We were able to communicate easily and frequently with Terra re: access (which was so easy), VRBO supplies and ALL our needs. I've stayed at many VRBOs and Air B&Bs. I've never had a host who was so responsive and concerned that everything we wanted was available! I can't recommend this VRBO highly enough. Although we never utilized the Atari system that was there, my son was impressed with the cordless controls.Terra also kindly provided a variety of snacks, which were greatly appreciated by all of us. Thanks so much Terra! We will happily stay with you the next time we come to PG! :)
