Noisy air conditioning and street noise. Did not know that all the rooms are not on the same level after you get off elevator. However we had a wonderful meal in dining room

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff that greated us were amazing, went above and beyond to treat my daughter who has special needs kindly and with respect!! We were given a room upgrade and it was beautiful!! There are train tracks not to far away and you would never know it, soundproofing is great. We ate in the pub and service and food was great there also. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!
