"Friendly greeting upon arrival. Short walk from terminal 1 to the Hotel - scant 5 minute walk. Surrounding area was clean, well-lit with smooth walkways. Bar had good food assortment, and drinks. "

"First time at this chain. Attentive staff, clean common areas. Hotel was busy, but the lifts ran well with very little wait time. Room was clean. Plenty of supplies in the bathroom and tea/coffee bench. Aside from worn door handles on the cupboards, a very positive and enjoyable stay. Breakfast buffet was nice - plenty of variety plus including a cook to order egg station. Didn't feel crowded even thought it was busy. Darling Harbour is literally across the road. So convenient to stroll over and watch the 9pm fireworks via the pedestrian footbridge shortcut. Town Hall/QVB a 5 minute walk up the road. Pitt St Mall 10 mins. Chinatown 5 minutes away, plenty of food options."

"I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. The front desk staff were very welcoming and check-in was fast. My room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a nice city views.The hotel is just minutes walk from the Harbor, which made it easy to get around. Definitely good value for the price. I’d stay again!"
