"Took my mum for her 50th birthday and we were both thoroughly impressed, amazing value for money. As I’m only just 18 this was my first time at a spa and I thought it was just perfect. We got dinner in our package which was just amazing quality, same goes for breakfast. The staff were amazing and the room and spa were beautiful. 100% recommend"

"We arrived and there is no reception There seemed to be some sort of event on so we walked around for five minutes until we were told you sit in a sofa and wait for the manager to check you in. Check in took approx 10 mins due to the manager dealing with some unhappy guests. Not hit fault but odd no reception for such a big place The room was small but lovely, there was no shower gel though so worth taking some. "A really lovely stay at the Derby Arms. The room was fantastic – modern, comfortable and very well equipped, with all the amenities you could want. The bed was particularly comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep. I didn’t get the chance to eat there, unfortunately, but the menu looked excellent and definitely made me wish I’d had more time.
