"Super cozy stay, had everything we needed. Perfect location, not too far from town but far enough to feel like a nice getaway. Our doggies loved it too and it even had a small dog run they could use. Although it’s right next to the main house, the entrance and deck are on the other side so it felt private and comfortable. We appreciated the details and paintings throughout the guest house. Will definitely come back when we’re in this area again."

"We needed a pet friendly base to explore Prescott. Nice fenced patio area. Well stocked kitchen, clean, with comfy bed. Quiet neighborhood downtown with walking distance to pet friendly restaurants and courthouse square. Only complaint is the “Victorian theme” and small space did not have reasonable and comfortable seating for reading and TV watching. Could use a chair upgrade."

"The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown."

"Worst Rental Experience, mostly because of Prop Manager: 1. PM didn't respond to msgs on website until multiple emails, and sometimes, never responded 2. I switched to text msgs which was barely better, and then after 10 days PM said comms only on vrbo 3. Dryer and furnace did not work, and promised twice in two weeks to fix them...never did 4. My trip to Prescott was delayed due to Hurricane Ian (I'm moving from Florida), and PM tried to charge me a 50% change fee when it did not affect any...

"This is a beautifully decorated villa, abundant with thoughtful attention to detail, high end accessories, and deluxe comforts, such as silk linens, expensive and bountiful towels, bath soaps, candles, etc. The style is reminiscent of villas in Tuscany, Italy. "A friend and I stayed for the weekend and found the property even better than expected. The location is superb. Walking to old town is amazing, so you don’t have to worry about parking. The unit itself is appointed perfectly with a Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, filtered water, etc. The patio is perfect for mornings coffees and evening drinks. "This is a beautiful, well-kept property. Very clean. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful planning tours, advising restaurants, etc. Property is very close to Jerome and Sedona. 4 stars, not 5, because of the noise the guests (child) made every evening in the room above us. Sounded like horses running wild. Reported this to management, but it didn’t help."
