Great stay in Prague
Hotel was in a perfect location with all tourist spots (apart from the castle) within a ten minute slow walk. Lots of bars and cafes outside the hotel on the street outside. Metro just over the road and the tram only a few minutes walk away to take you all over the city. We felt very safe walking around the area at night time and in the day with no concerns. Reception staff very helpful although we did find some of the waiters a little grumpy at the cafe/bar and were left waiting for over 20 minutes on both our visits to have our order taken In all a great stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

5 star location, great hotel.
The rooms are huge. Despite being on a busy street, we couldn't hear any of the things/noises happening and we were on the first floor. The staff was very helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was some trash from a previous guest in the bathroom trash can, but that's okay. We're not picky. The bed was a bit springy and not amazingly comfortable, but it was functional. For the price and location, we were very happy with the facilities. We'd stay here again, for sure.

Good hotel in a good location
Great hotel located near the old town and the national museum. Good breakfast as well as very comfortable rooms. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I would definitely visit here again.

good stay' great location
the location of the hotel is perfect, the staff is helpfull and ready to help when ever its needed. the looby is very small, the breakfast is very good. the one thing that was'nt good its a strange noice in the bathroom.

A perfect hotel in an ideal location
Very well positioned in Wenceslas Square, 100 metres from he Mustek tube lift exit, so no problem with luggage. The reception is adjacent to the restaurant [good food] and we were welcomed by friendly staff. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the vaulted ceiling room of the restaurant was absolutely perfect and a shame to leave it. A very pleasant stay and should I return to Prague I would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent location
We were on my daughters hen weekend so had 4 rooms and each room was clean and comfortable. Hotel arranged airport pick ups and we requested rooms close by which we were given. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty to choose from, especially as we had a vegan in our party. All staff we friendly, especially lady in dining room - after 1st morning she reserved us the same table each morning. The only complaint would be the rooms were extremely warm, I asked at reception for a fan, was informed they did not have any but housekeeping came to room and switched off radiator, room most of the time was still uncomfortably hot.

Fantastic location !
Hotel very nice and fantastic location, great for walking to old town square and other tourist sites. Had a room to the front with a view of Wenceslas Square but room was absolutely silent. Friends had room to rear which had its own lounge area as well. Only had breakfast which was served downstairs (definitely not suitable if you've any mobility problems) and had read reviews re staff, service charges, etc, but had no issues whatsoever. Only problem was we had booked hotel taxi for our arrival and it wasnt there at airport so had to just make own arrangements. Not great start. Mentioned to receptionist on arrival but she didn't seem that interested. Worked fine on return to airport though. Would recommend hotel

A few days in Prague
Hotel is in a great location, breakfast was standard buffet style with reasonable selection, although the glasses for fruit juice or water were very small! Staff were efficient, most greeted us when we came in or went out. The room was a good size and cleaned adequately daily. You can hear some noise but when your are in a central location that is to be expected!

Good location
Clean modern room and bathroom comfy beds . Hotel excellent location at the end of wenceslas square less than 10 min stroll to old square nice walk to Charles bridge castle etc. A right turn out of hotel with a 5 min walk takes you to a Tesco . Breakfast was a decent quality.

Friendly, Centrally-Located Little Hotel
I spent a couple of nights here while staying in Prague for a conference, based on a recommendation from the organizers. The hotel faces directly onto Wenceslas Square and it's easy to walk from here to basically anywhere in the Old Town. There's also a major metro station nearby, putting the rest of the city within easy reach. It should be noted that, because the hotel is located in a pedestrian-only area, taxis and shuttles won't come directly to the front door, so expect a short walk (about a block or so) if going somewhere by car. The room was well-maintained and clean, with a modern style. Neither the chair nor the bed were overwhelmingly comfortable but were adequate for a short stay. I only ended up interacting with one member of the front desk staff; however, she was incredibly friendly and helpful as I found my way around the city. Finally, take note! Many review sites seem to conflate the hotel with the restaurant located on the ground floor. When I looked, a lot of people seem to have had poor experiences at the restaurant, but this shouldn't reflect poorly on the hotel - especially when there are dozens of alternatives within easy walking distance.

There are two major issues: firstly we were given the keys to a room on the 4th floor where it was impossible for us (or anyone over the age of 5) to use the shower, due to a leaning wall invading the space above the bath. We eventually were given another room, one on the small side, but after going through some aggressive, intense questioning. We were amazed that a 4-star hotel even dares to offer you a room where you practically can't use the shower. The second issue is the breakfast room, which is in the basement (level -2) with no lift serving it. We saw an elderly couple deciding not to bother after seeing the number of stairs they had to go down, and later climb again.

Prague Inn Very Central To All
Hotel that is right in the center, but not too crazy busy either. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were spacious in comparison to Euro hotels at this reasonable price.

Good location but very noisy
The location of the hotel was really good but at night it gets really noisy almost all night long. The room looked nice but the bed was very uncomfortable and the plumbing in the bathroom needed fixing.
