"This would've been 5 star but the checkout was rude so the last impression is the lasting impression. The stay was brilliant but the last minute they basically shoved us out of the room (i am in a wheelchair) to get the next guests in, who as we were still there, we saw going in hours before checkin, so don't understand the hurry.
