"We chose Baan Golden because we had children and couldn't get enough rooms at other resorts. Here we got two, two bedroom bungalows. The beds were generally too hard for western tastes and our rooms never got serviced. Each day we had to ask for our bottles of water and toilet paper. The pool was green when we arrived but they put that right by the following day. A good thing was the charcoal BBQ you could take to your bungalows and roast up a stack of food. "An amazing stay. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Loved the large pool villa we had. Our full board package was a good deal. The Happy Hour here doesn’t include soft drinks, or juices (I’m teetotal) but there was a selection of alcoholic drinks and wine. The staff in Luna La Pran were amazing and really looked after us as did the breakfast team. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and stocked with the necessities. Thank you to the whole team who work here to keep the place relaxing, tranquil and beautiful. We will be back in the future. "
