Shower definitely needs improvement the rain shower head needed a really good clean as the water spurted everywhere like an out of control watering can but with bad pressure! "The staff were very welcoming. They made us feel at home are whole stay. We made friends and had a lovely time. The room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was sensational everyday. The managers of the Ginger fire on the other hand should step back a little as they do not understand westerners so they ask too many personal questions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will recommend the Hilton. Your hospitality was exceptional. Thank you!"
