"We loved our stay at Novotel in Scotland. It was only 15-20 minutes away from the downtown city center and the Scotrail was right outside the hotel. If you are travelling to another city and need to take the train that was also easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different options. I would definitely stay at Novotel again on my next visit."

When one started washing glasses right in front of me, I went elsewhere. ***Floni, who I met at the front desk, was INCREDIBLE. She was extremely helpful with a problem I had (lost passport). Directed me to the U.S. Consulate, arranged transportation, and asked about my progress when I returned."

"This hotel is handy for the airport and there is a shuttle to the airport for a small charge. The staff were friendly but we were only there to sleep before an early flight, so didn’t use the bar/restaurant. The room was an okay size, but the curtain didn’t cover the window properly so light got in. The sofa bed for my daughter was sloping which wasn’t ideal. For an airport hotel, there was no decent soundproofing, so you could hear the flights late at night."
