"Great hotel! Very friendly staff and great luggage storage. The rooms were clean and we had a great view of Namsan Tower that really set the tone for our mornings and nights of being in Seoul."

"Great hotel right at the shopping district and restaurants. I booked the Royal Suite that had a gorgeous view of the city and cathedral. One word of warning: if you are booking a room for the "Access to Club Sky Lounge" please note that while you will have "access" to the lounge, it is not free, nor is it open all day. It is only open for set times: "afternoon tea" -fee 1pm -4:30pm, "happy hour" fee 5pm - 7:30pm and "Bar" no fee 7:30-9:30 but have to pay for drinks. Check hotel website for details."

"Fabulous location. Amazing housekeeping staff. Wonderful amenities. We booked the suite for a family of four. There was a sliding glass door for one room and no door in the second room. No privacy at all. There is also only one washroom so be warned. The elevators are super slow. The air conditioning system is loud."
