Very nice property. Loved this size of our room, the amenities, the bath tub, cleanliness, responsive staff and so much to do within walking distance. Would stay here again.
An amazing stay at UH Continental. The room was beautiful, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with our needs. And the onsite amenities were great such as re:nine clinic. Would definitely recommend this property to others.
Beautiful stay and very convenient location. Walking distance to a lot of shopping and activities. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Super easy check and out process
This property was simply AMAZING! Centrally located to premiere shopping and dining, all of the amenities were top-tier, specifically the complimentary Whisky Hour held each night, and every Staff Member was professional, kind and very helpful.
Overall experience was great. The only drawback was the unavailability of iron. Location is great and the overall appearance of the hotel looks better in person. Highly recommended.
The hotel was gorgeous - we loved all the details in the room to make it comfortable and peaceful. Every detail contributed to a luxurious and peaceful stay.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal for exploring some of Seoul’s best sights. I’d give 6 stars if I could.
Good room, but wish it was more spacious (we had 7 people) There entry way was a bit cramped. Had some difficulty getting more towels, blankets, and pillows.
The staff were great! They were friendly and knew english well.
Great location and amazing view of the city hall plaza and temple.
Good services and quantity hospitality overall.
However, the Ismart control pad is relatively slow responsive. Hot water supply may find weak during night time for hot tub only, showering is all good.
It was just okay for me. The room had a weird smell idk from what or if it was just cause I was by the maintenance room? There was occasionally a sewage smell and the ameneties are just okay. There are also no hooks for towels or anything in the place 😩
Housekeeping is good, the other service was just average, and location is super good!!! You can go any direction to shop. Close to the mall and convenience stores and the department store food court
Took a risk to book a very new hotel and it was worth it! The rooms are so well designed - love the onsen baths, tvs, view of the N tower and more. The location was also so ideal! That being said I think there's small things that I would normally expect in a hotel that they didn't have like general access to a comprehensive gym, towel hooks, a tea/coffee point to add to the kettle in the rooms. Though I'm conscious they just opened so these things may be added!
I'm sure many are enamored with the giant tub in the middle of the room. Somehow I initially read it as a hot tub but it's just a regular tub and we used it exactly 1 time. It's actually too big to be comfortable. It's not ergonomically designed to include or relax. It's all hard right angles so best you can do is sit awkwardly. And takes forever to fill given how big it is so you start to feel guilty about all the water you're using.
Aside from that novelty of an amenity, the rooms are very nice and spacious. The onsite staff is helpful and reachable via WhatsApp or Kakao (no phones in rooms). The location is superb if you're visiting the major sites in Jongno. Overall I'd highly recommend and would stay there again.
Note to the property though: a hook or two in the bathroom was so desperately wanted. Seems like a small thing but it'd be nice to hang up the bathrobe or towels.
The hotel is at a great location, walking distance to many attractions and shopping. However, it lacked basic amenities such as ice machines. The staff were not were not responsive at the beginning. And currently the hotel is under construction so you may see workers and equipment coming in and out of the hotel.
Fantastic location and very good price, we are family of 6 and we had a 3 bedroom suite in excellent price.
The hotel is brand new and some light construction is being made. There is NO parking if you have a car so plan accordingly.
Hotel was right in front of a subway entrance which made commuting very handy. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was not very helpful...I had requested non feather pillows and bedding (extremely allergic) and I was told that the entire hotel only had feather pillows!!!! I asked for a recommendation for where I could buy a pillow in the morning and the girl said she would let me know but she never did. There are no towel hooks (towels kept at entrance of room and not in the actual bathroom) and no face cloths. Rooms very clean
The location was excellent. The Seoul Center was our backyard! The famous shopping street was less than a 10 minute walk away. No early check in, but we were allowed to lounge in the lobby and have your luggage stored until it is check in time. We used our time to visit City Hall and explored the underground shopping mall (directly below UH Continental), as well as had lunch at the food center in Lotte Mall connected to the underground shopping mall. We booked a room that has the spa jacuzzi with 2 queen beds, a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 TVs (one at at the spa area), a vanity mirror with chair, mini refrigerator and even a microwave. The bathroom had two showers, double vanity sink, and two closets. So much floor space for a hotel room. The blackout curtains were remote-controlled and the lights in the room was controlled by a the tablet by the bedside. The beds were quite firm for my liking, but the hotel provided extra pillows that made it more comfortable for me. The breakfast was decent, and it made mornings convenient because many places don’t open until about 10am. It was raining as we were leaving, and without asking, concierge followed us out with umbrellas to our taxi. I would stay here again!
Don't let the high-end city-center branding fool you—this brand-new hotel is a cheap, plastic shell with terrible functionality.
Cheap Construction: The walls are plastic veneer that is already bubbling off, and the bathroom hardware (also plastic) falls off the wall when touched.
Plumbing Nightmare: Hot water takes minutes to reach the room, the tub takes an eternity to fill and is horribly uncomfortable, and the toilet is jammed so close to the wall there’s no legroom.
Unbearable Climate Control: The AC's "Off" button is useless (you have to trick the thermostat), there’s a noisy fan running 24/7 that you can’t disable, and the air becomes brutally dry. Higher floor windows are sealed shut, leaving you trapped with stale, recirculated air.
No Amenities: No room service whatsoever.
It's rare to see a newly opened hotel cut this many corners. Hands down the worst stay I've experienced for a property claiming to be premium.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I was a bit confused at check-in because the reception counter wasn't facing the guests, and the staff seemed busy with desk work. However, their response was very polite, and I was delighted to be welcomed with a complimentary cake.
As for amenities, it wasn't a problem for me that they only provided shampoo and basic body wash, but you will need to bring your own sleepwear since only bathrobes are provided in the room.
Also, it takes a very long time for the bathtub to fill up and drain. Depending on the time of day, only cold water comes out instead of hot water, so it requires some planning and patience to use.
That being said, the hotel was meticulously cleaned, and the sense of cleanliness made my stay very comfortable. The special feeling of having a bathtub right in the room and the beautiful view from the window allowed me to fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway, making it a truly memorable trip.
