I stayed here for the Lunar New Year and it was nice! I came around 10:30pm, but I was still able to check in as the concierge is 24 hours. Apparently, I was upgraded to a room in a higher floor (17th), but they could've just been saying that lol
The lobby, hallways, and room are quite nice. Everything I needed was in the room (WiFi is free, but not secured!). There is also a microwave in the laundry room on the third floor that I used to heat up leftovers, so that was really helpful!
The tv was nice, the view was good, the beds were comfy, the towels were big, the bidet was nice (a little on the weaker side, but some people prefer that).
I went for the breakfast buffet early in the morning and paid 27,000W (~$25) for it. It was just okay. The service was good, but I think I could make better food for that price or just find an outside place. It was a spread of usual Western foods (yogurts, fruits, salad, eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, pastries) and some Korean food (bulgogi, fried rice, noodles) but the food didn't have THAT much flavor and it wasn't hot. I like buffets so I didn't super mind it, but I didn't go back the next day.
The hotel was pretty clean and so was the room. The custodians came to clean while I was out for breakfast, which was nice. My only "gripe" was that it wasn't that shiny/immaculate. In my room at least, there was visible rust or some kind of oranging around the glass shower. It's not a big deal, but it isn't very nice to look at.
