"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The signature suite room is equipped with pretty much everything you need. The washer & dryer really helped out a lot. Foreign exchange is available on a machine located in the lobby. Good staff and greaf location."

"Great location and pricing. Room was small but well appointed. As with other hotels in Korea, once fall hits they kill the air conditioning and the room was hot. The kind staff provided a fan for the room but as this room did not have a large window there was no way to cool the room down. I am not reducing my rating since I knew that the room came without an exterior window when booking. However, management and owners should seriously consider leaving an option for guests to use air conditioning year round, given the constant fluctuations in temperatures despite whatever arbitrary dates are chosen to dictate these changes in their hvac systems. (This happens all over Asia and not just at this hotel). Staff should get 10000000 stars! They were phenomenal from start to finish!!! "
