"It was so disgusting and gross. It’s like a big bottle of germs. There was food on the carpet. No one cleaned the room. Daniel was very nice. He put me in a different room. That was not as filthy. There was no soap and there was no Kleenex. I would not stay here again. And I think Daniel deserves another property to work at. I’m not very picky and there’s not a lot you can expect from a holiday in express, but one of the things you should not experience is wonton shells on the carpet. You should’ve walked into a room and smell soy sauce. You shouldn’t walk into a hotel and smell old oil."

"Building is sitting a little further back from main road and right next to the airport. We had trouble sleeping from the planes taking off. We can literaturily see the southwest airlines planes from our room window. Typical continental breakfast, the premade egg omelette and pancakes were meh, everything else was good. We wouldn't stay here again for the simple fact that the jet noise was keeping us up at night."

"Left within 2 minutes of checking into room. It was not as advertised in the pictures or description. Hotel was much older, in below average to poor condition and the site overall was suspect. Room had an odd aroma and was outdated and not anything close to what was represented. We were there less than 5 minutes total and used no services or amenities and have requested a complete refund from Hotels dot com due to material misrepresentation of the property. "

"This hotel was great. The atmosphere was nice and fit well in the beachy RI area. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were not just friendly but helpful and understanding. We had a great weekend away and are already planning to return in the fall."

"We expected just a king size bedroom and received a living room. very large bathroom and bedroom with a full kitchen, including a full refrigerator freezer and dishwasher and washer dryer with the soap powder ready to use and 2 TVs. Breakfast included! It was a lovely place easy to get to everything in downtown Newport highly recommend staying here"
