"A beautiful apartment from which we were easily placed to explore the local area and further afield. The apartment was clean and cosy with home from home facilities. We loved the view. A few trees coming into leaf but I would not expect them to spoil the pleasure of the view. The little train was very useful getting to and from St Ives. Porthkidney beach and Lelant are also worth a visit by train.We loved our stay and certainly plan to return. "

"The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. We bought 2 cars and were able to park one on the driveway and one on the grass ( which we were informed is reinforced for this purpose) - there is also a large car park at the end of the road. The neighbours were very friendly. There is a train station 7 minutes walk down the hill which goes to St Ives regularly and only cost 70p with a railcard. Also there is a shop nearby. The view in the living room was lovely. We had a great time."

"Myself and the little one arrived a little earlier than expected and were promptly greeted by the host, who was warm and welcoming. He kindly gave us a brief tour of the amenities before showing us to our room, which was immaculately clean. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely return."

"Great place and as advertised with high end fixtures and fittings. Train really easy to St Ives. All parking tight in the area. Coffee shop at the top is lovely and nice to go to Carbis Estate for a cocktail 4-6pm (2 for £20). Would recommend "

"Really really clean and comfy. Great facilities, could’ve done with hand soap in the bathroom, which many places appear not to want to provide. Take your own!! Good communication from booking to arrival, easy to find key safe and then apartment. It’s in the top floor, so 3 flights of stairs to carry luggage up (not an issue for some!) would absolutely book again. "
