Luxury 2 Bed 2 Bathrooms Apartment Carbis Bay - Seaviews from all rooms!

Seaview is a stunning first floor luxury apartment, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high specification. The apartment has amazing sea views across the bay to Godrevy lighthouse from both bedrooms and distant sea views towards St Ives Island from the lounge, kitchen and balcony. Located just above Carbis Bay Beach, one of the best in the UK, it's less than a 5 minute walk to the water's edge and an ideal base for exploring the many wonderful attractions West Cornwall has to offer.

The property is light and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a well equipped newly refurbished kitchen and bathrooms, with a comfortable lounge / diner, all of which lead out onto the balcony. The balcony itself has a table and four chairs and is a perfect sun trap throughout the afternoon and evening, ideal for having a drink whilst watching the sun go down!

There are flat screen TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and a Sonos One smart speaker. In addition there is a good range of games and books to keep you entertained. Outside the apartment there is a private parking space in addition to visitor parking available on a first come first served basis.

Carbis Bay with its blue flag beach is a great location and easy to reach by road or rail. The small train station located just a stone's throw away will take you into St Ives within 3 minutes and is probably the most scenic journey you are likely to take. Alternatively a walk along the coastal path with its breathtaking views of the bay will take around 20 minutes.

St Ives is a true gem with its cobbled streets, picturesque harbour, golden beaches and abundance of galleries and restaurants. It's easy to see why it was voted the 'best UK coastal resort' for 2012! And don't forget, this is just a taste of what Cornwall has to offer. With the Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, Flambards, Lands End and Paradise Park, to name but a few, there really is something for everyone.

Seaview is highly recommended for couples and families alike.

Stunning!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful with lovely views over Carbis Bay. It was spotlessly clean and the best equipped accommodation we have stayed in. The location is perfect. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station, a 5 minute walk to the beach and only 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Our daughters said it was the best holiday they've had. Great memories made and we will definitely be returning.

Lovely stay and great hosts.

Check in was easy. The entire apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for our stay, it felt very homely which is what we look for when on holiday.Upon arrival there was a mishap with the bed however after a phone call with Ashley it was sorted within 20 minutes. Communication with the host was fantastic and very friendly. We will definitely be staying again!

Carbis Bay

Very nice place. A bonus for us inasmuch as we didn't have a car with us was the train station. Convenient transport to St Ives, Penzance, Mousehole etc.

Such a good find

Renting this property could not have gone smoother, a beautiful location close to our favourite place st ives - so spacious with everything you needed and everything was so well organised and explained on the VRBO app. Will definitely return.

The best stay ever

I don't know where to start , from the second we walked through the door we were blown away by how beautiful this place really is. The hosts have made this a home , not just a holiday retreat. Everything about our stay from start to finish was a dream, the area is amazing with a few minutes walk to the wonderful Carbis Bay beach or if you want you can grab the train to go into St Ives. I cant recommend this place highly enough. The flat is by far the most beautiful and relaxing place we have ever rented . Hosts score a 10/10 , cleanliness 10/10 Location 10/10 . Honestly if we could, we would have stayed forever. Views are awesome.

Wow, take me back already!

What an amazing stay. The views are exceptional, the peace and quiet is lovely, the comfort was exceptional. Everything has been thought of to make the stay very comfortable. The welcome hamper was so appreciated too. We can't wait to come back again! Not stopped talking about how much we loved our stay. Not to mention having the beach to ourselves every evening. Until we are back at this lovely apartment, I'll continue to daydream about it.

Beautifully presented apartment

It was lovely to arrive to such a clean and beautifully presented apartment. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed too. Great location being just behind the train station - very little train noise and just up the hill from Carbis Bay beach. An enjoyable stay. Thank yoh Ashley and Claire. At some stage I am sure we will visit again 😄

Lovely escape

The flat is superbly appointed and furnished - lovely and clean; very welcoming and felt genuine right from the get go. The inclusion of Christmas decorations was a nice touch, and we particularly liked being able to lie in bed and watch the views change over the bay. The location was ideal for us to explore the area and hop on and off the train either in and out of St Ives or back from Lelant when the weather closed in - really convenient and inexpensive, although unsurprisingly, the road/access/route to costcutter is steep, but the drive to Tesco is easy to get incidentals. Overall, one of the nicest flats we've stayed in recently and would definitely come back

Very good property, would recommend for small family

Property was very clean and well equipped. The interior is just as the photos show, very well taken care of. Very comfortable beds and wonderful ocean views from the bedroom windows. Owners very helpful and left a lovely welcome card and basket of wine and treats for us. Only surprise was the absence of a dryer even though the description of the property stated "washer & dryer" as well as "clothes dryer". Laundry slightly trickier with one drying rack and a few rainy days during our week. A short walk down to the beach (footpath just outside the front entrance to the building blocks that leads to the back of Carbis Bay Hotel).

A bit of heaven in Carbis Bay

We loved the spaciousness in the property, and having an ensuite as well as a bathroom meant 2 toilets. The balcony was a bonus, in fact, we didn't expect one. The kitchen was fitted to a very good standard, and the dishwasher was definately a big plus ! We had a glimpse of the beach from the balcony, and a view of a beach further up from us from the bedrooms. We were very close to the railway line, taking us in one direction to St Ives every half hour and as far as St. Erth in the other. Hayle, Lelant and Penzance were also close by. Lovely eateries were close by, however, booking in advance essential in a busy month. I think the only disadvantage was nowhere to dry washing outdoors and the keysafe wasn't particularly user friendly. Property was to a high standard of decor & cleanliness and we had a welcome basket of Cornish food & a bottle of wine, together with a welcome card ! Would highly recommend a stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seaview. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes from Carbis bay beach and 20 minutes to Porthminster Beach. The scenery is beautiful, with sea views from every window of the apartment. We loved our stay and would definitely like to go back!

From the moment we walked into Seaview we felt so at home, a welcome card on the table, all we needed for a ‘cream tea’, a bottle of wine & milk in the fridge for that much needed cuppa. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, modern but with a comfortable, seaside feel. The apartment is a great size with everything you could possibly need, the sea view from every window is amazing. We had lovely weather so managed to enjoy the balcony space too. The location is perfect, about 10 mins walk down to the beach & a couple of mins walk to the station. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay & didn’t want to leave. The Carbis Bay area is one of our favourite spots in Cornwall so we will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you for having us

WOW! The Best holiday apartment! Absolutely fantastic all round.

WOW! Just wow, was our first response. What an absolutely stunning holiday apartment!From the moment we stepped through the door we were blown away, especially with the sea views from every window.The property was immaculate and so very well equipped. We stayed for two weeks with my partner and two year old, and usually at the end of two weeks we are ready for home, but here we already felt like we were at home, it is beautifully decorated and so incredibly homely and modern. We also recognised a lot of the art work from the art studios in St Ives itself which is a lovely touch. Location is also superb! 2 minute walk to the train station into St Ives, or a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach. We have been holidaying in Cornwall every year for the past 12 years, and this is by far the best holiday rental we have ever stayed in. We will all be crying on the long journey home, wishing the holiday didn’t have to end.

Spacious, cozy apartment with everything you need to have a lovely holiday.Cornwall is beautiful and there is lots to see. Carbis Bay is a great location to explore it from.

Comfortable, superb location, great views.

We were made very welcome by the hosts. The flat was spotlessly clean and well-equipped to make the stay very comfortable. Great views and a short walk to the beach for our daily swims. Easy to make the short train trip in/out of St Ives, although 30 min the walk around the headland is also a must do. So I would say that you get all the benefits of the bustling St Ives but with the peace and calm of Carbis Bay to stay at. Thank you, we would love to return one day.

Very nicely furnished and comfortable apartment with great views from all windows. Great location 2 minutes from Carbis Bay station or a 35 minute walk into St Ives. Would highly recommend. Will probably be back.
