"We liked that the property is very close to the beach.The property has no Internet/ wifi access.As the area has very little or no mobile phone reception that would be essential.The property itself need a good renovation/update.Overall,as it is very close to the beach and to the restaurant I would say it is a good place to stay. "Amazing hotel clean, fresh, rooms are lovely, nice size and complementary tea and coffee and mini fridge stocked, Jan the owner was lovely very welcoming, car parking is limited on site but that didn’t bother us we parked in a side street near the hotel, lovely location, shop few steps away, Carbis bay hotel and beach literally 5/10 minutes walk but mind the hill on the way back up, you can drive down but parking can be expensive for the day and limited spaces. Definitely return."
