"The front desk lady was amazing! I can’t remember her name right now, we checked in around 7pm. She made sure we had a floor level room because my grandma has a hard time with stairs. However, the room was disgusting, one lamp didn’t work, one that did, did not have a lamp shade, the other had a cracked lamp shade, the shower fooor was so dirty I will wait until I get home to shower.
