We had a great experience here! The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the TRAX rail station. We were also able to choose which floor we wanted our room on. The included breakfast was a great amenity, and the pool and hot tub were clean, well maintained, and always had plenty of towels available. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The stay here was great. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Kept leaving my keys in the room. They were helpful with providing another key without hassle. This hotel was one of our hotels for my Sorority's Conference was across the street from the hotel. Great Location next Hyatt Place if you are there for conference e and I say the other hotel because its connected.

I needed an accessible room, because I have a mobility scooter. My room was a few steps from the elevator, near the ice machine, and was quite spacious. We were on the 5th floor, so we had a great view of the city. They have an indoor pool and hot tub, big enough for a group. There was a mini kitchenette with fridge and microwave, across from the sink. Breakfast was truly outstanding: eggs; potatoes, sausage and biscuits and gravy, in addition to the automatic pancake maker, regular and gluten free baked goods, cereal, two kinds of milk, fruit, juice, coffee and tea, I'm sure I am forgetting something there. We were going to meetings at the Hyatt Regency, just across the street, where the rooms were considerably more expensive, and breakfast was not included. I think we made a great choice. Sabrina, the day manager on duty, was exceptionally helpful whenever I had a need, or a question.

Convenient location Downtown. We had tickets to the Eccles Theater and it was easy walking distance. Lots to do and eat/drink within walking distance downtown. Staff was great and breakfast had a great variety of choices.
