"No hand soap, kettle or teabags provided. Door not closing onto balcony without banging it. Balcony looking on to noisy building works which wasnā€™t worth the extra money paid, as the balcony was unusable. No mugs, sugar or milk provided. No robes or slippers. Room was ok but overall disappointing for a 4 star. No USB points. Great bathroom and comfortable bed. Good air conditioning."
