Great breakfast! Nice hiking opportunities, we walked for 6 hours and could go much further if didn't forget to take sufficient amount of water.

Cute cycling-themed hotel. Great-sized room, excellent condition, quiet and comfortable. We did have some issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. And noting parts of the hotel are being renovated so we couldn't use the shared spaces. A mini fridge in the room would be an excellent addition.

Hotel con instalaciones modernas y limpias. Inmejorables vistas a las montañas. Personal amable y eficiente. Pero, deben mejorar su sistema de calificación, ya que, en algunas habitaciones es insuficiente y se pasa frio, a pesar de la manta adicional de la estanteria.

Este hotel roza la estafa: mucho ruido,sin empatía

Este hotel roza la estafa. Primero intentaron cobrarnos más de lo que Expedia había confirmado. Al mostrarles la diferencia, respondieron que el descuento de Expedia no estaba bajo su control. Solo después de que Expedia interviniera aceptaron el precio legalmente vinculante de la confirmación. La habitación no tenía secador de pelo al llegar. El recepcionista nos dijo que debía haber uno, pero luego terminó su turno y se fue. A la mañana siguiente tuvimos que pedirlo de nuevo y consiguieron uno de otra habitación. Durante el fin de semana hubo obras extremadamente ruidosas justo encima de nuestra habitación, que empezaron a las 8:15 de la mañana del sábado y continuaron hasta las 6 de la tarde. Al pedir una solución, el nuevo recepcionista respondió que no era culpa del hotel, ya que el tramo del camino sobre nuestra habitación no les pertenecía. En ningún momento buscó una solución ni ofreció compensación alguna. La habitación era mucho más pequeña que las de las fotos de su página web y tenía un grave problema de humedad que, claramente, lleva tiempo sin ser reparado. Además, no se dejen engañar por las fotos del edificio en la web: el 80% de ese edificio no pertenece al hotel, sino que son apartamentos privados. En resumen, una estancia extremadamente decepcionante, sin la más mínima empatía por parte del personal para intentar hacerla más cómoda o para ofrecer alguna compensación por el ruido.

Bon séjour personnel agréable souriant et serviable piscine toujours en travaux depuis notre dernier passage en mai un peu déçus petit bémol un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre serait top surtout en période de chaleur sinon très bonne expérience on reviendra

Déçus

Gros défaut de propreté signalé à l’accueil. L’agent d’accueil est venu le nettoyer immédiatement. Est-ce que le reste était bien propre? Le doute est permis. La salle de bain de la chambre que nous occupions est vraiment trop petite, il faut se contorsionner pour accéder aux WC sans parler de la poubelle inaccessible sous le WC et pas de dérouleur à papier toilette…. Les escaliers pour descendre aux niveaux -1 et -2 n’ont pas des hauteurs de marches régulières et la dernière marche en descendant vers le niveau -1 est carrément dangereuse car elle fait plusieurs cm de plus que les autres. On sent bien que l’hôtel n’est pas fini et manque d’une présence hiérarchique…

Recién Renovado, tranquilo y con una decoración y estilo con muy buen gusto. No duden en incluir el desayuno. Variado, con embutido de la zona y de calidad, dulce, salado, buenos panes, y sea la hora que sea van reponiendo para que no falte nada.
