"Always a good choice. Friendly and helpful staff - .they very kindly made us hot drinks while we were waiting for our rooms. Love the evening drinks and snacks. Great they allocated us adjoining rooms, made our celebrations more fun. Bit miffed that price was higher than the previous and following day ( football match on ) and that member rates weren't applied. Love the Molton Brown products but it's really difficult to read what is in each container. A great stay with a few niggles."
"Beautiful hotel. Lovely to revisit Liverpool and stay in a beautiful building that stood derelict for decades before being lovingly restored by Radisson. Rooms extremely stylish and comfortable. I had hoped for an accessible room but had no need to worry as had a double walk in shower with rain head. Original features of the building has been added to with lovely artworks. Very handy for the station AND Spoons which is feet away from the front door"
"I had a lovely comfortable room on a high floor with a great view and a window seat too! I was able to watch out cruise ship docking from my window! The staff here were also very welcoming and helpful. My aunty and I ate in the restaurant twice and had lovely food which adapted well to my dietary needs. The only disappointment really was the tea provided - I drink earl grey tea and would have loved some early grey teabags ! "
