"We had a great stay overall! One issue at check-in due to a new employee not being clear on how to process our check-in. But the manager stepped in although she was not able to correct the mistake she did compensate us very well. The food and drinks at the hotel bar were top notch. The view of the falls was beautiful. We could even see the nightly fireworks. I have to mention the huge jetted tub was a plus! It was positioned to where you could see the falls! Overall get trip!"

Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. Free drinks. "Our stay was excellent, the room was beautiful as it overlooked the Niagara Falls. Conveniently looked at the bottom of Clifton Hill, Starbucks in the lobby, great restaurants only steps away. Highly recommend. "
"Had such a great stay at this hotel for our anniversary! The hotel is stunning and very modern. Extremely clean as well! Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Parking is off site but they provided a shuttle bus to take guests to and from the hotel. Everything was very easy and we had such a relaxing stay. Even if you do not book a fallsview room, they have an observatory room in the hotel where you can look out at the falls and watch the fireworks at night from there. Highly recommend! "
"The staff were great my only complaint was you pay a lot for a room so there shouldn’t be wallpaper peeling off the walls or plain white plaster on the ceiling not even painted to the proper colour of the ceiling "
