The room was terrific, well appointed and clean. The maritime decorating theme was great. The books, games and puzzles in the shared hallway were appreciated and the books in the room very interesting. The bed was firm Kitchen was well stocked and efficient. Parking was good but the stairs a bit dicey after the snowfall and not cleared. Would certainly stay again! Greeted by very friendly staff!

We had a fantastic long weekend stay. Room was spacious with tons of storage - we came on motorcycles so with helmets and gear, sometimes your typical hotel room can be cramped but this was perfect. Kitchen was well appointed and we loved laying in bed with our coffee, watching the boats come through the canal. Very walkable and plenty of dining options.

Charming. The room was clean, bright, very nicely decorated and layed out with little kitchen and sitting areas -- and a fireplace! -- and pretty much everything you need for a comfotable stay.
