The house is located in Port Charlotte's luxurious haven along the banks of the Peace River. Within easy reach also located a Port Charlotte beach park an ideal spot for walking or your picnic evenings. Naturally, you have a pool close to your home where you can observe the Peace River at twilight and enjoy the sunset. Furthermore, you can begin taking scuba diving courses in this lovely and serene neighbourhood!
The space
Have fun with your loved ones at this stylish home. It’s a perfect place for you and your family! Pets also allowed!
Provided inside is a complete kitchen setup, dishwasher machine, washing machine, dryer, chairs, TV, air conditioner, 3 toilets, dining room, multiple sleeping arrangements including sofa.
Outdoor living is also spectacular there is a beautiful swimming pool along with sun loungers and grill! There is also access to the water from the area where you can bring your boat!
Things to note: you can’t use the garage, but there is parking in front of the house for 3 cars.
Cleaning fee will be added as well - 200$ to your rental
